Connecticut Banner Swap A Banner Exchange For CT Domains The current FREE link/banner exchange programs are great, but fail to deal with the regional nature of some sites and internet businesses. These would be better served by a program which directs local users to other local sites. The CT Banner swap will do just that! Only CT domains are allowed to participate. Your banner ad will be rotated on a 50-50 basis. That is: your ad will be sent to a site for every two times your page is hit. The terms & conditions are:

You are the owner of a currently working web site from a Connecticut domain. (Your site may be on a server physically not in CT, however the content of the site must especially reference Connecticut people, places or things.)
The page information and link is of a general interest and do not contain any adult-only oriented material or links to adult material or material of a defamatory, inflammatory or otherwise improper( in our opinion) nature. The administrators reserve the right to deactivate accounts for web sites at it's independent discretion. (Unqualified sites deliberately participating will be permanently banned from the CT Banner Swap and all other Values-Plus internet activities) .
You have the ability to add html code to your page.
All banners must be placed on a page such that the majority of people visiting that page will see the banner.
Email us if your site is down for an extended period or if it is moved.
Email us with the nature, date and time of any technical glitches.
